Anthony Carius (Company Secretary)
Mr Carius has worked for nine years in accounting, primarily with accounting firm PKF International in both Australia and England. His experience consists of providing mainly assurance and corporate services to range of listed and non-listed companies across various industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Business degree and a Graduate Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Mr Carius serves as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and is also the joint secretary on the Company's Audit and Risk Management Committee.
