Cellina Z Chen
Ms Chen was appointed on 17 October 2022. Ms Chen joined the Company in 2001. She is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. She holds a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney and an advanced Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. She is a Fellow of CPA Australia and of the Governance Institute of Australia. She is member of the Institute of Company Directors and has over 20 years of experience in financial services in Australia.
